The classic cross-Atlantic paper problem: a US Letter document that prints with clipped margins on A4, or an A4 form that floats oddly on Letter. Resizing the pages themselves fixes it at the source — pick the target sheet and every page is scaled to fit, aspect ratio preserved, content centered, with each page keeping its own portrait or landscape orientation.
The whole operation is vector math, not re-rendering: text stays razor sharp and selectable, images keep their original data, and the file doesn't balloon. The percent chips scale pages relative to their current size instead — handy for turning oversized custom pages into something printable. Everything runs in your browser; the document never leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions
Does resizing make the text blurry?
No — pages are scaled as vectors, the same way a PDF viewer zooms. Text stays sharp at any size and remains selectable and searchable; nothing is rasterized or re-rendered.
What happens to mixed portrait and landscape pages?
Each page keeps its own orientation: a landscape page headed for A4 becomes landscape A4, portrait pages become portrait A4. The content is fitted with its aspect ratio preserved and centered on the new sheet.
Can I convert A4 to US Letter and back?
Yes — that's the main use. Pick the target size and the content is scaled to fit it exactly; going A4 → Letter → A4 keeps everything legible because each step is a lossless vector scale.
Does this reduce the file size?
Not by itself — page dimensions and file size are different things. Shrinking pages doesn't shrink the images stored inside the PDF. To make the file smaller, use the Compress PDF tool, which re-encodes the embedded images while leaving text sharp.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. ConvertUno runs entirely in your browser on your own device. Your file never leaves your computer or phone — there is no upload at all.
Is it really free, with no watermark?
Yes. Processing happens on your device, so serving you costs us almost nothing — no watermark, no account, no file-size limit, no daily quota.
