We read every message. Whether a tool misbehaved with a specific file, a translation reads oddly, or you want a format we don't support yet — tell us.
For bug reports, it helps a lot to include: the tool you used, your browser and device, and what the file was (format and rough size). Please don't attach the file itself unless we ask — remember, we normally never see your files at all.

Requests or questions about personal data are handled at the same address — theprivacy policy explains what little data exists in the first place.
